Horrible experience. They called me four times in a span of two minuets while I was on a business call. The last of which was at 4:35pm. When I called back their system said it was after hours and to press 3 to speak with someone. So I did. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment. First of all lady answered with “hello”. I proceeded to tell her the reason for the call was to schedule a new patient appointment. She immediately asked for my name and dob also address. I told her I was a new patient and she did not respond to that. Her next question was what insurance I had. I told her Cigna.
