Just left Dr. Mary Lee at Austin Heart Lockhart. What a sweet lady. The staff are friendly. Jesse did an amazing job with vitals and check in. And leaving with Mrs. Cindy was a pleasure. Heart testing centers and appointments make me super nervous but all is good and I'm happy. Thank you so much. I recommend. It's local and convenient for me.
I think the doctor does a good job the nurse practitioner going to have like a serious face now the trouble is when you walk in that lady on the front desk she has no customer service whatsoever she goes pretty much straight face like you know you got to go in pull the question out of her because she's not greet you or anybody I don't understand why they hired this kind of people with no experience
03/18/2025 Why does it take too long for staff to answer the phone?! When I take my mom in, there isn't that many clients there that preoccupy their time. They can answer a REPEATED call, & when they, YES, they get disconnected to my call (as I'm saying "hello" repeatedly, & end up hanging up on ME), they don't call back!
