Deepika, the PA who works with Dr. Hafemeister, is top notch, super knowledgeable and thorough with great bedside manner. Dr. Hafemeister agreed with Deepika’s workup and also took the time to patiently answer any questions or concerns I had. Nurse Catelyn was also great and helped me comfortable. Honestly, even the woman who signed me in was amazing! Customer service representatives do not understand or speak English with adequate comprehension to answer questions. Not sure what the point of having someone that you can’t communicate with for important health issues. I was finally able to get a consultation appointment but not with a doctor. Not sure if this is the new normal, but the process is frustrating. I will update when or if I continue with this group.
