Words can't adequately express how competent and caring the Austin folks were when Jim died. Because of family reasons, our Celebration of Life service had to be held barely 48 hours after his death. Carol's gentle but insistent prodding helped to get us moving. What had to have been very hectic behind-the-scenes maneuvering to have Jim's remains ready for the columbarium service gave our family a peaceful and beautiful end to the service. Austin Funeral & Cremation Services have done 3 funerals for my family in the past and they are simply the best! They go above and beyond to make some of the hardest days a little bit easier. Their attention to detail, compassion and servant hearts are just a few of the things that I love about these ladies. I will always recommend them to any family or friends!
After a recent funeral my wife and I decided to pre-plan our own funerals. Carol Austin came to our home and explained all options clearly. She also had a fees list which she went over with us. She really made it easy.
