However, has the ability and bedside manner to incorporate the concern about his patients communication about their illness and takes the information to consider their needs. Dr Ferrier and staff were wonderful! I was treated with respect, compassion, and kindness! Dr Ferrier took the time to explain my condition. While speaking with ,me I felt as though he wanted to "partner" with me in improving my health, rather than lecturing me for poor choices that I have made that lead me to his office. I fully trust and respect him and the diagnosis that he has made. Thank you to him and his wonderful staff for the excellent care that I have received!
