My case is complicated and three different immigration lawyers told me to drive 7 hours to Kansas City and see Mr. Austin. We talked on the phone and finally somebody who uderstood my case. At first I was to wait 2 weeks for appointment, but People on phone did great. Even called me at night when somebody cancelled! Austin did my case and everything finished wonderfully. Many fun people in his office!
I talked to 2 other lawyers before I met with Mr. Austin. This was the first time a lawyer really explained my case to me. It was not what I wanted to hear, but better to know the truth then to waste my money like other so called immigration lawyers told me to do. Busy people, but the best!
I know exactly what you mean. These people are rude, disrespectful and make people horrible; they should be helping immigrants not being nasty to them when they are trying to adjust status. Not to mention, if you do schedule an appointment, they will charge you $50 each time, even if you are already a client of theirs. This is not very nice, especially since you are hiring this attorney and already paying them their fees in advance. The attorney was also very dry. I will never go back here or recommend it to anyone!!!!!
I have been trying to get an appointment for the past 2 months and i keep getting the run around. The staff are not friendly or helpful at all. The last time i called to make an appointment i was asked to hold. I held on for literally 15mins and decided to hang up. Then i called back only for the person to say we dont have any appointments.
