The absolute worst credit union or lender I have ever had dealt with and that's saying something since I've banked with close to two dozen lenders for personal and business needs over the last 20 years in several states. Pamela Cotton-VP service and Chad Heil loan officer have to be the worst lending employees ever. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is non-existent. I had a ridiculous fee on my account for a returned statement due to the bank not receiving my change of address. After speaking with a representative about the address change and the fee they agreed to remove the small fee of five dollars as long as I faxed a letter to them with the new address.
