Where to start?? We met Austin Fanning and his teammates after completing the new architectural plans in 2021. The home, built in 1957, had one owner for 60 years. Very few improvements were made when I bought the house. Following our vision of material choices, both inside and out, AFGC came back with bids to complete the project. Austin, Heather, and their team are the absolute best! We've done two major projects with them - a rebuild of our wrap around porch and a bedroom remodel on our third floor.
