Dr. Austin was very kind and caring as a Doctor, and I was looking forward to working with him. However, I had numerous problems with the prescriptions he wrote me, which resulted in over $500 lost buying glasses and contacts that don't suit my eyes. His receptionist was very rude when I suggested he wrote my prescription wrong, and I came back twice to get it corrected, to no avail. Dr. Austin is knowledgeable and very kind. He took the time to explain things to me and let me know what he was about to do before he did it. As a person with cPTSD, I felt comfortable and safe. It's the best experience I have ever had with an Optometrist.
Dr. Austin is so nice. He helped with my eye Care and now I drive much better, and at night. I recommend Him for your eye Care needs.
Just back from general check up due to diabetes; Dr Austin was very nice and quickly made me at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
