As an event planner, pop-up events can be SO challenging due to how quickly everything must come together. Chris with AEL was incredibly responsive and patient with me while I gathered final details from my client. I’ve now worked with AEL on two major events, and each experience has been exceptional.. Their team consistently goes above and beyond. Coolest guy to work with, I highly recommend them!

Oh MY GOD! I CANNOT say enough amazing things about my experience with Austin Event Lighting. We worked with them to host the after party for the Human Rights Campaign fundraising gala and from the moment I inquired about the event to strike, the process was wonderful and seamless. I just want to say that Austin Event Lighting is the absolute best! I was told by my wedding planner/wedding venue that lasers were likely not a possibility due to smoke regulations, but when I contacted Chauncey at AEL, his team went to the venue itself to run tests and get approval to make my dream a reality. I was able to work with the team beforehand and explain to them my vision and they executed beautifully. The lighting and sound production was out of this world and I cannot recommend them enough.
