Placed an order and never got an order acknowledgement and requested it. Have been ringing and emailing Austin Engineering daily for 16 days and zero response. This company may produce good product, but have a serious customer service issue. Can't complain about the service as it doesn't exist.
Good people, great attitude.... not here ! so after 3 months ....... terrible culture, loads of self interested people and a business who rewards tenure and not performance.
