The service and professionalism was second to none. The driver Riley arrived 15 mins early which allowed us to gather our things and get situated before the drive. Riley drove safe and ensured that we were comfortable going from Killeen to Austin and back to Killeen. The car provided was perfect for my family and the occasion. Our driver Justin was prompt and very patience and polite with 8 excited girls going to my granddaughters Quinceanera. The limo was very clean and the music system was amazing! Justin was helpful while we took pictures at the venue. The price was reasonable and the owner Bill was friendly and was able to assist me in when I needed a limo within a small timeframe. I would highly recommend Austinelitelimo for your next event!

GREAT Service! We booked a car and driver for my son's senior prom in downtown Austin. We were concerned about my son and his date (both minors) navigating downtown Austin at night. AEL was the best decision! Bill helped us book (a black Escalade) and walked us through all the details. That night, Martin picked up our kids and set our minds at ease, "They'll be in good hands. I'll take care of them." Our kids had the best time, and Martin was a complete professional. I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention!!
