Jeremy and the team’s professionalism and communication impressed me. Jeremy’s knowledge and adherence to best practices gave me confidence in their ability to execute!
Was told their rates were $125 for first half hour and $85/hour thereafter. Rec’d a quote to remove a switch from a three way and replace an outdoor light. I supplied all the materials. The electrician was at my home for less than 45 minutes, which should have cost approx $150. They held firm to their quote of $265 which was clearly exaggerated and when I questioned it they said I had agreed to a quote. Seems rather unfair to me. I wouldn’t use them again.

We had ceiling fans installed in our home as our most recent project. The gentlemen did a fantastic job and we are so happy with the install. We have used Austin Electric numerous times already and price is reasonable and have always been satisified with whomever comes to do the job. Very professional and courteous folks!
