COVID hit and I lost my income since the entire service industry has tanked. Even before the virus I was struggling to pay a dozen different creditors and had started to get behind on some of the payments. I have so much gratitude for their help with my debt situation of well over one hundred thousand between several credit cards and lines of credit. I was very amazed with the knowledge and compassion of their representatives. Speaking to other debt consolidation companies was a complete waste of time and they all wanted to charge me a lot more.
Called and was offered a local appointment here in Austin and it was the best decision I ever made. I was about to enroll with a debt consolidation company who isn't local called Freedom Debt after seeing a commercial on TV but I found out they have a terrible reputation after checking them out with the Better Business Bureau. Very highly recommended to anyone who has very high debt like just I before I enrolled. I was struggling with $111,000 of debt, including credit cards and a SoFi loan, who filed a lawsuit against me since I was falling behind in making my payments.
