Jessica was wonderful to speak with she had amazing customer service was super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. James is, in my opinion, the absolute worst possible attorney that an individual could be stuck with, and I do not advise working with him under any conditions, hired or appointed. If he is appointed to you, I would immediately request anyone else through the CAPDS program. James is unresponsive, condescending, and seems more interested in continuing matters than resolving them.
