Concert: Absolutely unacceptable experience at Rock the Country on Friday, May 1st. This event was completely unorganized and poorly managed from start to finish, especially during the bad weather. My daughter and I were left standing out in the cold rain for HOURS with no proper direction, communication, or coordination from staff. We arrived at 12 PM to pick up our tickets, only to find out ticket pickup wasn’t even open.
