The diagnosis was great. The fact that Ford has known for years there’s an issue with exhaust censors is a problem and the dealership cannot even change the censor at the time of repair is ridiculous. They’re all on back order for 30 days or more.
We can’t say enough good things about the Service Team here!! We were on the road from South Dakota to Michigan towing a camper trailer and with our dog, when we bought bad gas at a nearby gas station and our truck started sputtering and chugging. Had to leave the freeway and find help! Austin Ford Jeep was able to work on our truck and get us on the road before they closed for the day.
