Austin and his team have done it again! They did such a great job with helping me to find the perfect investment property that I chose to use them to help find me my first tenant for the property. They handled everything, application paperwork, lease, inspections etc. The only thing I had to do was pick who I wanted from the list of applicants. After spending many weeks with an agent from an online platform, Who would not take us to see Holmes during the week, too busy. I then turned to my lender, and ask who they would suggest. They mentioned Austin, and THAT day he drove us out to see four houses, where the other agent would not get into the car..
