I called Austin Car Transport and didn’t even get past saying “hello” before the person on the other end hung up on me. No greeting, no courtesy, nothing. That kind of unprofessional behavior tells me all I need to know about how they value customers. If this is their idea of service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
