Office personal helpful and polite. Dr Cooper listens tentatively about to my concerns He offered possible remedies to help with my concerns.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable and explained everything in laymen's terms without talking down to me. I could tell that he had carefully looked at my test results and I was pleased that even though he is a neurosurgeon, he suggested several options to try before we consider surgery. I feel comfortable with my decision to choose him as my neurologist.
My visit at Austin Brain and Spine was top notch. The PA and the technician were exceptional. They were extremely thorough and professional with a great balance of compassion. I would highly recommend this office for anyone that has needs for brain and spine care.
