My car was towed here after an accident. Even though my insurance ended up sending the work elsewhere, the team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. This is a family operated shop and it shows that they took the time to walk me through everything, gave me solid advice, and were genuinely kind during a stressful situation. Great people, would recommend to anyone in Austin needing body work.
If frequent visits were rewarded, I would be Elite Status! The team at Austin Body Works has provided excellent work and advice during my visits. They provided continual updates and called with options. The finished work looked as good as new! If/when my family has another accident, I will visit them again.

They’re Probably the best body shop in the Kyle area. I recently made a big move to the area and had to find something quick to get my bumper fixed and not only did they finished fast, but they cleaned the entire interior/exterior of my car. It felt like a brand new car and even got all the pet hair I had out of my backseat carpets/seats. I never once had the dealership service clean my interior. Also everyone was so nice and even kept me updated on my car. I Will be a forever customer.
Austin Body Works exceeded my expectations. After an accident, I got two other estimates, but Austin Body Works had the best customer service and the best price by far. Every other shop estimated two weeks for repairs. With Austin Body Works, I dropped my car off Monday at 10 a.m. and picked it up Thursday at 12 p.m. The cost was less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. The process was simple and stress-free. Ryan was my main point of contact, but everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
