Made everything so easy by coordinating the rental car and communicating/updating the estimated dates of completion. Car looks great and everyone was super nice and friendly!
Unfortunately I didn’t get the pleasure of doing business with them due to some previous damage that I was unaware of. But Ryan was very informative and guided me through the stressful situation and gave me some good advice. Seem like really honest people. Hopefully I can do business with them in the future.
I have lived in the Austin area since 2017. I came from a smaller town in Louisiana where I was used to a “Hometown feel” and excellent customer service. I haven’t had an experience like that in 8 years until today. My wife’s Lexus GX 460 had a door stuck closed after I replaced the door handle without attaching the inner latch properly and left the child lock activated. Trusted, kind and quick. I had amazing service and communication with everyone on their team. I chose them because of their longevity and ratings. They lived up to that standard. The work was done very well and a small oversight was quickly and easily addressed without complaint from their team. They even replaced a brake light bulb for me, that had nothing to do with the repair, just because it was the courteous and "right thing to do".
