Austin Body Works exceeded my expectations. After an accident, I got two other estimates, but Austin Body Works had the best customer service and the best price by far. Every other shop estimated two weeks for repairs. With Austin Body Works, I dropped my car off Monday at 10 a.m. and picked it up Thursday at 12 p.m. The cost was less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. The process was simple and stress-free. Ryan was my main point of contact, but everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
Wish I could give this place a higher rating. Took my truck in to get a side mirror replaced. Customer service was excellent and the service on my truck was as well, even topped off the air on all 4 tires while at it when they noticed the sensor was on. Cost wise for the service was more than reasonable, highly recommend this shop.
I stopped by to get a quote for some minor front bumper damage. The man at the front desk give a quote for a replacement, but after looking at it, he was able to reattach the bumper himself in the parking lot for free.
Extremely kind staff, above and beyond work, I am very happy! Had to come in through insurance after a fender bender and this place got me in and out as soon as possible while cleaning up my interior, exterior, and even buffing out some scratches I had that were not part of what was covered by insurance. Thanks so much!
Drop off and pick up were easy. Repair was done well. Nice added touch of cleaning the inside even though my repair was on the bumper. Repair was done fast, my car didnt sit for days.
