I went in to get a new debit card. The associate that worked with me she was great, an African American woman in front of the Tellers station. However, something to just note: there was an older woman with grey short hair with a white flowy top with flowers embroidered on top half of the blouse. I've been a customer since Austin Bank bought it from Bank of America. l I've had cause to have interactions several p times over the years, and each employee has always been friendly, professional, and eager to help. Also, I rarely have a wait. Furthermore, I have been treated the same when I had $100 in my bank account and when I had $100,000 in my bank account.

Went to the Jacksonville location to use the coin machine and was told it is out of service. They called the Longview location to make sure their coin machine was working, so I drove to Longview to use it. When I arrived, I was told that there is a 10% fee if I want to use the machine. They should have mentioned this on the phone and saved me a trip to Longview. I’ll be closing my accounts that I’ve had open for years because of the lack of “customer service”. There are too many banks out there that do want my business.
