We don't ever have a problem with Austin bank, and normally love the customer service. However this branch for whatever reason we always have problems with. The customer service is extremely lacking as well as slow and the manager is extremely unprofessional. I avoid going to this branch at all costs unless I absolutely have too.
I have used this West Loop branch for a few years and I am very happy with them. They are friendly and respond well to your needs, problems, or questions. This bank is certainly not a 3.0 rating. They definitely a 5 in my book.
Worst bank ever!!
They closed my account without telling me. Didn’t have money in it for 2 days cause I was waiting on a direct deposit to clear and instead of contacting me they closed it and my direct deposit couldn’t go through. If you have a busy life and you can’t always go to the bank don’t bank.
