I have used this West Loop branch for a few years and I am very happy with them. They are friendly and respond well to your needs, problems, or questions. This bank is certainly not a 3.0 rating. They definitely a 5 in my book.
Worst bank ever!!
They closed my account without telling me. Didn’t have money in it for 2 days cause I was waiting on a direct deposit to clear and instead of contacting me they closed it and my direct deposit couldn’t go through. If you have a busy life and you can’t always go to the bank don’t bank.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Austin Bank. Our location is close by so its very convenient. Since we are retired we don't use the drive thru as often as those who are still in the workforce so no issues there. We have had nothing but excellent service delivered with the utmost professionalism and hometown friendliness. The services offered meet our needs and beyond.
