I called this branch two weeks ago to handled my loan that got charged-off. The person who was my officer name Misty, told me she was going to see about getting me back on payments and that we would return my call for more information. I wanted for couple of hours and still haven't gotten a call for nobody. So, I decided to go to the branch to see about reopening my account.
