Very good customer service
This place is great and the mechanics are awesome! Sid and Chris take care of their customers 100%! I typically do my own mechanic work but when I get to a point where I can't, they definitely save the day! 1000% recommend these guys!

I brought my car for break issue while I was on a roadtrip. They were extremely proffessional and were able to diagnose it and fix it within 1 day given the time constraint I have as I was on a roadtrip as it was a Saturday. They ordered the parts and were able to change break pads and break discs which were the issue. Great experience and I would definitely come back again and would recommend for anyone to bring their car there.
Chris at Austin Automotive- Lakeway is the best! We have 4 cars that he cares for and always does a first class job and treats you like family. He also will tell you up front what is critical to get fixed now and what to keep an eye on the lookout for. He is the best we have ever had and highly recommend him!
