I have been a customer of A.A.S for a few years. These guys are great. They treat me like family. Chris is a great person and his guys are very professional and courteous. They are my Car Shop. Don't go anywhere else!!! After spending $250 at another shop I learned my lesson!!! The other shop did not properly diagnose the issue and left me in the 100 degree Texas heat with no AC. After a call to Austin Automotive they said come on in! Eddie and Kit are the definition of customer service excellence!! They thoroughly explained everything to me and were beyond patient and kind.
