I DO NOT recommend this company, especially not Deanna!! I had my place appraised by her late last year and she used properties well outside my local real estate market to compare, therefore resulting in a ridiculously high appraisal. It has been appraised twice since then and both appraisals were almost $100 thousand less then what Deanna appraised it for.
