Having lived here for 4 years, I really enjoyed the location, scenery and convenience this apartment has to offer. Onsite property management Gayle and Bryce are helpful and accommodating.

I lived here for a year and a half. The apartment was quite old, but it was maintained reasonably well. However, the manager had a very poor attitude and unreasonably deducted my deposit when I moved out. I consulted a lawyer, who confirmed that these deductions were not my responsibility and that the wear and tear were normal. Since I’ve already left Brisbane, I couldn’t be bothered to pursue it further with her. In short, think twice before renting here.
