Lived there for about a year and a half and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well furnished, quiet and lovely neighbours (kudos to the 16th floor!). Gayle and Bryce lovely to deal with, doing a fantastic job as building Managers and very prompt to reply.
Fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent with great views, and the property itself is modern, well-designed, and has plenty of smart storage. Everything feels thoughtfully laid out and easy to live in. The management really stands out (Gayle and Bryce) — they’re on site almost all the time, extremely organised, and clearly run a tight ship. Awesome place to hang one's hat, Bryce and Gayle are always responsive if needed
Bryce and Gayle are the best managers you could ask for. Very easy to get ahold of and will promptly help with any issues. Apartments are great, especially as a student, they have everything you could need and the location couldn’t be better. I highly recommend renting here as the service is above and beyond anything that Aria buildings in the area could offer.
