If I could leave 0 stars I would simply for their awful customer service and delivery issues. I can't make any judgements on the reporting or content of the paper itself since I've only received 1 paper of a year's subscription (which is supposed to be up next month). I have talked to multiple customer service reps since they call and ask if I'd like to resubscribe once or twice a month. Each time I'm told they'll fix it, and still no paper. We have taken the print paper for 30 years... we love to read the print on our back porch.. delivery and service is non existent... 4 out of 7 days not delivered... you call and can only leave message w computer for delivery credit... Never get a manager to call you back. If my husband ran his practice like this we'd be overwhelmed with lawsuits So very sad

I must be one of the few people left who still reads print editions of the newspaper, haha. It's no New York Times or even Dallas Morning News but a decent paper.
