Horrible!!! I was shifted around to nurse practitioners (CNA’s) Who did not know how to call in my prescriptions kept leaving the practice and I would have to see a new person and give information all over again. They were released me from their practice December 2019. Did not care about my mental state told me I was in noncompliance because I missed an appointment. Love Dr. Austin! She was easy to talk to a made me feel like comfortable. I saw her at tuscaloosa office of psychaitry south. I previougly saw a different dr that is no longer with there.
She is judgamental, cold and disrespectful. He is just not a good place for her.
After the staff forgot about me in the room that they put me in, I had to go seeking the doctor. I've gone to the clinic for more than a year with great results from the other doctors, but have always had a terrible experience with the clinic's administrative staff. When I saw Dr.Austin, not only did she change my rx that another doctor in her practice prescribed, but blamed me for the only feedback I gave on the rx. Completely inexcusable and now forces me to seek another doctor. NOT returning.
