Update: 10/7/25 Was considering giving them another shot but just noticed they are still spamming every month for payment on warranty work despite the response below. The first few times I used Austex they were great! However, the last time they left a leak in my system I had to play a plumber $200 to come out to check it out and then I had to call them back out again. Then this time the technician reset my rachio system despite me explaining to him how to not do this. He also did not perform all the work and never set up a ... read more
Austex installed my sprinkler system @ 2 months ago and I called them to ask if they could modify and move some of the sprinklers and it was all covered under their warranty program. The appointment setup was very easy and the technician that came out was professional and on time. He addressed each request that was made in a timely professional manner. I could not be more satisfied. I plan on using Austex to install my sod as well.
Austex have always solved my problems promptly and efficiently and they are great about working around our schedule
Good job in fixing my problem. Bad job in communicating the cost of materials prior to invoicing. Never saw a simple sprinkler head for $10. Took more than a week to get in touch with accounting to clarify the cost.
