Good job in fixing my problem. Bad job in communicating the cost of materials prior to invoicing. Never saw a simple sprinkler head for $10. Took more than a week to get in touch with accounting to clarify the cost.
The first few times I used Austex they were great! However, the last time they left a leak in my system I had to play a plumber $200 to come out to check it out and then I had to call them back out again. Then this time the technician reset my rachio system despite me explaining to him how to not do this. He also did not perform all the work and never set up a time to come back and finish it. Very unprofessional company! Had an appointment for today to have one of my sprinklers repaired. Appointment was for 3pm. Waiting around until 4pm, and decided to call the company since no one communicated anything with us. The guy that answered didn’t know what to do. He says, I can reschedule you for Monday? I said, can you please call the tech and see where he is and if he is still coming today?
