Very unprofessional company! Had an appointment for today to have one of my sprinklers repaired. Appointment was for 3pm. Waiting around until 4pm, and decided to call the company since no one communicated anything with us. The guy that answered didn’t know what to do. He says, I can reschedule you for Monday? I said, can you please call the tech and see where he is and if he is still coming today? Lame company - no called no showed an appt that I lost money to leave work early for. No call back explanation the follow day after me leaving a message asking where they were - I called for one myself in which there were notes by the estimator saying he had to cancel due to another appt running over, yet didn't have the 30 seconds or a free text to make me aware. Says all i need to know about this company.
Of all the home repair companies we've used for all types of things, Austex really is the best. They installed a brand new sprinkler system for us and are always happy to come out when we need a head moved or replaced. Tom is the man. The nicest people around, and they do great work!
