Scheduled appointment well over a month ago to coincide with a scheduled day off work. Received call this morning cancelling appointment less than and hour before my appointed time with no reason. Tried to call back and no one answered the phone. This from a business that insists on at least 24 hour notice to cancel. Unacceptable.
