Can't say enough positives about Dr Slade and the staff at his office. I tend to do a LOT of research and ask tons of questions. Dr Slade is always patient and spends a lot of time with me answering questions. He's one of the few (if not the only) doctor in Idaho that performs the procedure I had done.
