I had a very disappointing experience working at Austen Dooley Co. I was let go due to their inability to verify my doctor's note, despite my commitment to the job, going above and beyond for my residents and following the necessary procedures. The management's lack of understanding and support during a difficult time was disheartening. They prioritize rigid policies over employee welfare, which made it a toxic environment. I love it here! I love the residents and especially my girls! I’ve been with ADC for 3+ years now and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! Having a manager like mine makes it that much rewarding as well. Shout out to Mrs. Veronica 🫶🏽 “Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life” and I’ll choose them every time! #teamADC

I’ve been with the company for close to 7 years. I’ve had the best experience with staff, management and all my clients. The company itself is amazing also benefits, paid training, flexible hours and as a mother I’ve had FMLA 3 times since I’ve been with the company and they have been amazing throughout the process each time. I recommend this job to all of my friends and family.
