I love it here! I love the residents and especially my girls! I’ve been with ADC for 3+ years now and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! Having a manager like mine makes it that much rewarding as well. Shout out to Mrs. Veronica 🫶🏽 “Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life” and I’ll choose them every time! #teamADC
I’ve been with the company for close to 7 years. I’ve had the best experience with staff, management and all my clients. The company itself is amazing also benefits, paid training, flexible hours and as a mother I’ve had FMLA 3 times since I’ve been with the company and they have been amazing throughout the process each time. I recommend this job to all of my friends and family.
I would not let half of the staff here take care of my dog. Absolutely, disrespectful of the clients and their home. It is a hostile work environment, and uh, if you try to say anything, you're a problem. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! RUN. FAST. N PRAY FOR THEIR CLIENTS. There's so much to be said about this industry. This company harbors a culture of complete disrespect and neglect. They will get rid of you for trying to fix the problem before they try to fix the problem. There's been multiple deaths at the hands of this company. I don't know how they are still operating. I was let go because I was continuously complaining that residents are living in conditions that I would not allow anybody I cared about to live in.
