Wonderful stone and ring, my partner was ecstatic as it was just what she wanted, and I was happy with the price ;) Amazing service, I messed up with the size of the ring, they exchanged the ring without any trouble and were able to find me a better quality and higher carat diamond for the same price. Overall exceptional experience, we plan on getting our wedding bands made from here too!
I got my gorgeous wedding band from Austen and Blake. Their customer service was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and it was an easy process from start to finish. I could not recommend them more!
I don’t recommend Austen & Blake personally. This was our 5th stop in our engagement ring shopping journey and it was by far the least professional. Despite discussing ahead of time about which style we were interested in, the staff member didn’t recall at all (although it was just hours prior). After that, we were clear about what ring styles we DIDN’T like, however the staff member kept showing us rings in those styles, which felt tone deaf.
