Absolutely terrible experience — ruined my proposal plans I had an awful experience with Austen & Blake and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them, especially for time-sensitive occasions like a proposal. I placed an order with a clearly stated proposal date and was reassured multiple times that the ring would arrive well in advance. I had an engagement ring consultation with Shadan in Melbourne and sadly had a pretty negative experience. I have been to two other stores who were both great at explaining what to look for in a ring/diamond and how it all worked. Shadan didn't explain any information and didn't seem very interested in what we were looking for. I came away feeling quite deflated and it definitely put me off going through Austen & Blake.
