Unfortunately my partner and I had a very uncomfortable experience. The lady behind the desk was polite, however the woman that served us was very rude and went out of her way to get angry at the lady behind the desk, because she made an appointment on the day for us. There was only one seat, so she didn’t even offer my partner a seat, leaving him to stand there awkwardly in the store.
