Unfortunately would not recommend. When we arrived they didn’t even seem to be aware we had a booking, then proceeded to ask what I wanted and gave no further guidance. I mentioned I had seen a few styles online and said the names and the salesperson had no idea what I was mentioning and I had to spell out the names of their own products. I then wanted to see the difference between the 14k and 18k but was told that the ones I was trying on were brass gold plating so I could not see the real versions… They could not recommend... read more
