I really pray you read this before you enter into their doors. They are unethical and will use false information and pretense. Not only that my tooth they did not work on was fine before I sat in the chair. Afterwards, the tooth was loose. Additionally, although Austell Smiles may be in your insurance network, the dentist who does the work may not be in network. Im so upset I ever let these people PLAY in my mouth. I got a bridge because I needed to extract a tooth. I was 24/25 at the time and didnt want to have the missing spot. My options were an implant or bridge. Of course I went with the cheaper option, I have no insurance. I did the procedure, months later my bridge broke. My options were another bridge or to crown the two teeth they shaved down to perform the bridge. It hurt when it broke, I just decided to crown the teeth. The front desk service was completely unprofessional. I was told the service I was receiving was not covered by my insurance company, CIGNA so I paid $2000 up front. I later found out that CIGNA did pay for the service. When I questioned the dental office about the service, they said "oh yeah, you have a credit in the amount of $843" They decided to handle it as a credit as opposed to giving me the money back, I went there a couple of more times and based on their overall business practice I decided I was going to the wrong ... read more
