They will charge you multiple times and say it's insurance but show no proof of that. They dont have any way to contact them except calls. The office manager is very rude and disrespectful as if it's her actual personal money that you owe. Even after I have asked multiple times to cancel my appointments they are still scheduling them and then will charge $60 for not showing up.
I got my braces off 4/25/2023 !!! . And 10k later my teeth are still not fixed . Dr Hopper filed my teeth unevenly and everyday just about 2-4 hours without my retainers on my teeth separate . Everyday I go through this & he never offered to fix anything . Just wanted more money out of me . It’s been 2 years and this is still a big issue that I have to wake up with everyday!!!
