I would like to take a minute to recognize LaRanda. She was my dental hygienist for April 25th. My experience with her was lovely. Very polite and very helpful. I informed her of a small sensitivity that I have and she made sure I was comfortable the entire cleaning. She also made sure she let me know what step was coming next during the cleaning which is a major plus. I was unsure of the type of brand toothbrush I should purchase and she was helpful as well. Came here for a cleaning and X-ray and was told I had four potential cavities they would need to be fixed with crowns that my insurance doesn’t cover. Got a second opinion from my previous dentist that I’ve been going to for years that didn’t find any evidence of that. On top of that having a $60 fee for cancellations four days prior with no reminder from the office before that four day deadline is terrible. Won’t be back.
I have never experienced such extreme negligence and lack of professionalism from a medical office in my life. This orthodontic practice has completely failed me as a patient at every level. I went THREE FULL MONTHS without being seen due to being abruptly switched from Dr. Hopper to Dr. Morales with zero communication or continuity of care.
