My mom was happy with her care here at Austell Dental Excellence with Dr.Hopper. Randy was very sweet and helpful with making sure my mom understands everything that is going on.
Service is Exceptional. I have been a part of Austell dental Excellence since 2024. The services recommended and procedures performed have been top notch. The entire staff is great but Jesse is exceptional and caring.
WHEN I FIRST WENT TO THIS DENISTRY I HAD A PLEASENT experience. Comfortable waiting room. Very up to date equipment. Convient hours. March of 2025 my appointment was to fix a filling, and the pain I experience was so INTENSE!! I never felt pain like that just to numb the area. Once he finished with that long needle, fixing the filling was not a problem. But I should not had to go to feeling like he was directly stabbing the nerve in my mouth. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
Nayeli was wonderful today and it was a pleasure speaking to her. She explained my dental services to me in great detail. All the staff here are wonderful. If you need dental services try this place.
Be weary of these people they will have you sign into a payment agreement that will impact your credit and will not thoroughly explain to you what you are signing. Even if you do not get the procedure done you will still owe! There is no guarantee refund once you sign your name you owe them. I’ve also gotten fillings from them and my teeth still felt sensitive.. hence to why I wanted to reschedule I wanted to get a second opinion.
