Very helpful service by Lea in assisting us to try and locate vinyl cladding that matched what we already had. She went above and beyond to help and was great to communicate with which was a change from everyone else we'd dealt with in the vinyl cladding and installation industry who wouldn't reply or return calls
Not a good product at all. Shocking customer service.
So easy to order materials, Lea and staff always go out of their way to help. Lea treats Austech like her own business, friendly, helpful no matter how busy she is. Great work guys.
The person who answers phone (she represent herself as Branch Manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional with her responses. She was raising her voice while I was trying to give the specs of the item that wanted to purchase. The quality of her communication was absolutely appalling. No customer focus at all! Very Disappointed!
The office lady is abusive to customers and management don't return phone calls.
