I highly recommend Silva from Austec Plumbing and Electric. He provided exceptional service when he installed a new hot water unit for us. He was not only prompt and professional but also took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed flawlessly and on time. We'll definitely be using him for any future plumbing and electrical needs!
This is a bullshit company. They installed the water heater on a friday and 2 days without hot water. They said they will come on saturday and waste one day waiting for them. They finally came on Monday and they change all the pipe they previously installed. This means they do not know what they were doing. I would suggest that you stay away from this bullshit company.
Austech installed two heatpump hot water units at our property, the team were fantastic My partner Matt said they were very easy to deal with, quick and very hard workers The customer support were quick to respond to any enquiries or needs and very understanding Love the new units, will recommend services in the future
