We are still under construction phase, but so far very pleased with our experiences with Austec Homes. From first contact, Austec have been very responsive to our needs. From Sam the builder, to Marcel the design, Kim and Kylie in the communications and colour selection, to Gerry our site supervisor, everyone has been absolutely fantastic. Thanks Sam/team Austec! Will be using the team again for my next dev project after they had delivered two quality builds in Western Sydney via CDC. Designer Marcel helped with adjusting the floorplans for both homes to suit my irregular lot and to maximum permitted GFA. Kim/Kyle with project oversight and taking care of Strata titling post occupation certificate. Gerry on-site to ensure quality end products.
I would like to say a Big Thank You to Sam, Gerry, Kim and Kylie for helping us build our Dream house, very nice and smooth process , especially Gerry who is our builder supervisor, who always helps and give us excellent advise through out the building construction. We love the design of our new house, and we very much appreciate your HELP.
