My wife and I bought a modified Bruxner (extended the whole length by 2 metres) and rearranged the kitchen area to give 4 beds and an office and a family room. This happened in 1995 and we still compare any home we see to it. The house took 51 days to build and install from payment of deposit. Excellent staff and company. I visited Ag Quip Gunnedah and saw Austam Homes with a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that looked very modern. I have recently purchased a block of land and I decided to visit Austam in Tamworth to find out more. I really liked the Oxley they had. The staff were very helpful.
Most unhelpful company we've ever dealt with!! Won't give us access to our own plans so we can build a swimming pool. All they needed to do was write a letter for council to release.
Excellent value for money, happy owner of an Austam home now for 2 years )) Without their assistance and very professional "can do" approach, my dream of being a home owner would not be possible!
Very friendly and pleasant, great set-up of display houses.
