Do not trust the lies that come from Angela and Nick. Both deliberately tell lies and forget what they have told. Delay after delay. Nick is so Agro if you don’t agree with him. Please keep away from the smooth talk they give you to sell. That’s all there interested in, to get your money., deceptive , lying, good luck if you choose them as your contractors. Just added to this. 2years later you get this. Told me it is A grade wood, the best. Rotted. Have to get new gates. Ppl that quoted me for new gates can’t believe it.
All the negative comments posted about this company are correct, double dip on the deposit and say they will refund and dont. Only return calls after multiple follow ups. They installed the incorrect profile of gate and now 9 months after the install still not resolved after multiple follow ups followed by multiple excuses still not resolved. Use this company at your own peril.
In January 2024, we contracted Auss-One Fencing to install a security fence for our business at a cost of $11,950. The agreed terms were a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion, the project was scheduled to be finished by March 8th. Despite the contract, work did not commence until March 28th, and to our surprise, the balance payment was requested on that very day, with the explanation being "that's what we normally do." A huge thank you to Auss One Fencing for installing my new treated pine fence today. They did another fence for me almost 4 years ago. 100% satisfied on both occasions. A special mention to Kai & Joe for their masterful workmanship and Angela who went above and beyond organising the job from start to finish.
