Wonderful Service Reasonably Priced – On the referral of a friend, Rodney came and fixed one of two broken applicances today after being called just yesterday. He was prompt, honest and knowledgeable. He will be returning to fix the other appliance once the part comes in. I could not ask for more from an appliance service. He will be the call I always make for appliance repair.

Great Honest Service – Rodney at Aussies Appliance Service has been to my home 3 times in the last few years. Never had any issues. Always treated my home and family with respect. The repairs were perfect and the pricing fair. He is stright forward and honest.

What A Dependable Company!!!!! – Rodney has been my appliance repairman for almost 6 years now. He has always been prompt about returning my calls and Quick to come over to fix my problems, (98 percent its my "SubZero").He always listens and will take the time to explain the situation as good as he can always on the phone. I have not even been home a few times and Rodney has been left alone in my home and I assure you he is 100% trustworthy.I use Aussie because he stands behind his work and warranties his repairs. Left without a choice – We had a 10-12noon appointment to fix a dishwasher. Called my son at 10:45. Asked if the guy had arrived. He said no. Called Randy. He says he banged on the door as the dog barked but no response. Was understandably upset. Told him my son is there and he says no one came. Then Randy, disappointed that no one answered, retorted with 'this is bull.., if you think I enjoy traveling to peoples homes, etc...go find someone else! Click. Regret Using this "Company" – Making an appointment is not easy, however, the first scheduled time we arranged I had a day off from work. He was prompt and got right to work. He seemed to know what he was doing, however, he was not very friendly. My mother was visiting at the time and she even said as much after he left. He made partial repairs which rendered my Frigidaire stove partially unusable and said that he needed to order parts which should arrive "in a couple of weeks." Best appliance repair service. The only one I can trust. – Aussie's is the ONLY appliance repair service I trust. I've used them many times. Rodney, the owner, has never been anything but professional and courteous. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He will tell you straight up if you are better off replacing or repairing, and will think outside the box whenever possible on repairs. I can't emphasize enough how much I trust Aussie's.

Worst service ever – rude and hostile!!! DO NOT USE Owner came out for service call and he would not explain anything. He would not answer questions and stormed out of my home as though HE was insulted!!!
