Absolutely horrible customer service skills - the table to my dining suite was missing screws and the chair legs were covered in glue - i had originally picked up the item but upon these issues i had them re-deliver the chairs 3 times!!!!!! - Its taken 3wks to get my full dining set & head office has refused to compensate and was trying to offer me $10.00 off each chair that had glue on it & i just deal with it!!!! NEVER WILL DEAL WITH AGAIN!!!!!!!
