Would totally recommend this Aussie Wide Solar. Nothing is a problem from Renee and team in the office to the onsite work crew. Exceptional workmanship all round on solar panels, battery installation and follow up.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and installation of our solar. From the initial quote with the explanation of how it would work and answering our questions, to the communication with the office staff, the process was easy and straightforward. On the day of install, Lachlan and his team worked carefully and showed respect for our home and kept us informed of the work they were doing. Another classic example of great customer service. I called Aussie Wide Solar regarding an issue with my house battery. Renee took the call and resolved the problem all over the internet. Renee called back at 5.45pm to inform me of the problem found and resolution to fix it. All of this no charge. Once again I’m glad to have gone with Aussie Solar. Best customer service
I recently spoke with Renae after purchasing a property that already had a solar system installed by her company. Even though I wasn’t the original customer, she went above and beyond to help me with my questions and provide support. That level of customer service says a lot about a business.
