Aussie Tune is by far the most professional, thorough and helpful business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can’t recommend Rachel and Nigel highly enough. They’re a fantastic husband-and-wife team who are incredibly clear and honest in their communication, and they always go out of their way to make sure the job is done properly. Amazing service by Nigel and Rachel. I went with my 2011 VW Passat. Previous quotes had told me I’d need to spend >$6,000 to replace my gearbox… and AussieTune did it for considerably less, even coming in under their initial quote. Cannot recommend them enough, amazing and honest customer service. I will definitely be returning for all other services from them. Thank you Nigel!
Rachael and Nigel were amazing at communicating every small detail. At first I was a little hesitant to hand my merc keys to someone new, but they certainly did an amazing job and gained my confidence. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks guys.
Amazing guys Rachel and Nigel , great customer service, love the video review of the vehicle. 10x better than Volkswagen dealer service centers. Value for money.
