Highly recommend this place! Nigel and Rachel were so helpful and friendly. I came into get my timing belt replaced, they gave me a loan car and it was all done in an afternoon. I also had an issue with the key which I went to VW about who said that new keys would need to be ordered from Germany for $800. The team fixed it for $9, I was so happy! Thank you so much team, keep it up!
Aussie Tune is by far the most professional, thorough and helpful business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was very impressed with the way they accommodated my needs and diagnosed the problem with my Mazda BT 50 diesel twin cab. I can’t recommend Rachel and Nigel highly enough. They’re a fantastic husband-and-wife team who are incredibly clear and honest in their communication, and they always go out of their way to make sure the job is done properly. Amazing service by Nigel and Rachel. I went with my 2011 VW Passat. Previous quotes had told me I’d need to spend >$6,000 to replace my gearbox… and AussieTune did it for considerably less, even coming in under their initial quote.
