We had our caravan door replaced today. Rod at reception was very helpful when we dropped the van off for Bob to fit the door. Prior to that, Danny and Matt communicated well with arrangements for the job.

Had the best warranty experience with Aussie traveller. Within 3 days they accepted my claim. They organised to fix it and due to an unfortunate situation I had to take it back and they were so helpful I couldn’t fault them. Thankyou Danny Matt and Simon and the managers. Really appreciate all you did.
I spent considerable time searching for cassette blinds and had the good fortune to come across Chris in Aussie Traveller's Melbourne Customer Service Department who went out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. Aussie Traveller's Slimline blinds are great quality, easy to install and look great ! Thanks again Chris for your support
