Had my caravan door fixed today at Aussie Traveller and also had a Anti Flap kit fitted to my awning Excellent service by service team and Simon Thompson
Tried calling customer service, was hung up on 5 times after waiting on hold. Called the following day and spoke with a dismissive customer service agent who continued to speak over me, while I was explaining that one of their products is supplied with parts (all in the box and instructions) that are not compatible with each other. He continued to tell me that I was wrong and I continued to till him the parts all came from the box and are in the instructions are not compatible with each-other. Aussie Traveller have let me down with service and delivery once they have your money they won't help wouldn't recommend Aussie Traveller to anyone
I had my anti flap kit installed today by Saif, he did a fantastic job and is very knowledgeable on everything around Annexes. He gave me some great tips which I'm sure we will incorporate in our travels.A special mention to Simon in the office as well, he was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company in both their products and their service.
