Caravan spares from awnings to annex and an array of associated parts and now Camec parts
We had a broken lock on our 3 month old van at 5pm one evening in Balranald and were locked out. As a direct result of their part failing we had to pay for a motel and incurred other expenses (meals, toiletries, etc). Aussie traveller sent us a replacement part and instructions and we were required to fit it ourselves. Luckily we had the tools required. When we requested $130.00 compensation for the motel room only they flatly refused with no further discussion. Very poor customer service.
Had problems with my robot trolly ,thank you Chris for all your help and the speed in which the problem was resolved .it is now better than ever .
We had our caravan door replaced today. Rod at reception was very helpful when we dropped the van off for Bob to fit the door. Prior to that, Danny and Matt communicated well with arrangements for the job.
