Has to purchase wall brackets for our AFK. The ones provided were nothing like on the website. Was told over the phone “yeah we’ve had trouble with those “. $40 for 2 square bits of alloy & they couldn’t send screws with them. Very ordinary all round. Had to modify them to fit. Still waiting for an answer after I was asked to send photos??
Tom and the team bent over backwards to fix our broken DC Aussietraveller door central locking mechanism under warranty. Got temporarily locked out in Whyalla heading back to Perth. Their Australia wide service partner network is very reassuring as got it fixed in Port Lincoln, now heading across the nullabor back to Perth. Many thanks Tom.
Purchased an Aussie Traveller Anti-flap Kit (AFK), Curved Crossbar and 3x 'made to order' Rain Blocker walls to suit the AFK. Not only impressed by the quality of the products, but also the communication and willingness to hear feedback. They even made a change I suggested to improve one of the products aesthetically. Awesome dealing with an Aussie company like this.
