Good product and received good discount but install them by licensed plumber not by yourself
I bought a toilet on Saturday it was installed on Monday. The plumber opened the box and found a big crack around the exhaust pipe. The crack was glassed meaning it was done before the toiletwas glassed (or cracked at the factory). The plumber did not install it as it was faulty. I went back to ask for an exchange, butthey refuse to exchange it or even to look at it.
