The team at Aussie Spas 2U are extremely supportive, they are fast and efficient! With a phone call any questions are resolved and products delivered at my door within a day or 2! Tony and his team have been awesome. My experience has been super positive under trying circumstances. Empathy and support superb. Have nothing but praise for this company. Have modified my seating added disability hand rails deleted hard cover (as too heavy for my broken body to handle, added safety rails to steps to suit my body’s needs. Bought our spa with Tony 3 years ago..its still working perfectly and when we recently moved house Tony and the team were anazing from the right advice and products for emptying and a deep clean and all the advice to set it up again...look at our first night again...who wouldnt own a spa?
I bought my spa from Aussie Spas 2 U over 2 years ago. We shopped around, and these guys were hands-down THE BEST! It was an easy experience, they were very helpful, excellent service and great value for money. What has impressed me the most though, is their after-care and after-sales service. They are always very approachable and helpful, and give absolutely, out-of-this-world, amazing service. Service like this is rare these days, I highly recommend Tony, Karen, Amber and the team at Aussie Spas 2 U.
