This place is brilliant! I never had a doubt with the security of my valuables. Even one of my first visits, I bumped into Rick (lives on site) who confirmed I was tenant, then another time we just struck up a conversation. It is comforting to know there is someone always on site to keep my stuff safe. 10/10
Michael absolutely the best guy to deal with. He was very helpful and patient with us being an older couple. There's also a lovely lady on site that helped my husband when necessary. The Units are clean and easily accessible. Would definitely use Aussie Safe Storage again.
Nice and easy to get everything set up, Michael was great throughout the whole process. Storage unit driveways were nice and big, can fit a box truck down there. Overall great experience with these guys.
Michael was so fantastic to deal with during the whole process! The storage facility is so clean and easily accessible. I had a second floor storage unit but with the help of the trolleys and elevator, moving my belongings in and out was so so easy! I have recommended Aussie Storage Pakenham to all my local friends and family. Thank you again Michal :)
