They installed a pool heater charged me 6 k, it doesnt work and has no controls havent picked up the phone since. Been calling for weeks.
Very friendly and helpful, especially with pool repairs. Decided to try their pool service and switched from my old service to aussie..... wasn't the service as described. Pool turned green within no time. Called in advance as soon I noticed a change. Pool stayed green until I was forced to go back to my previous company. This pair of scammers took $600 from me as a deposit to install a chlorinator for our pool. They never delivered the chlorinator and refused to return my $600 deposit. They are the most brazenly dishonest people I've ever hired to service our pool. Martin is just a "know nothing" worker. Jane is the brain and the evil doer behind the operation. She is shameless and corrupt as they come. Initially, she sounded charming and professional on the phone. That was just a ruse. You can't trust her.
For appx a year, Martin and Jane were really good folks to work with. In the fall, Jane called and asked for a price increase. It was reasonable at that time. Unfortunately, it was the beginning of hit and miss service and eventually no show by Martin. I gave several chances to rectify the situation but to no avail. I paid a month in advance and never got a refund after telling them they were done. Will proceed to court soon to make sure they understand what a contract means.
